One of the most incredible dives of my life!
Was there for 7 days in mid-May, and on only 1 day did we not see Hammerheads. Most dives includes small groups of 5 - 10 sharks, with bigger groups staying out in the blue, but were clear to see. However, on 2 occassions we were able to dive inside groups of 40++ hammerheads.
Of course we saw turtles, bumphead parrotfish, grey reef sharks, whitetips, triggerfish, etc...
In Asia, one of the top 2 dive destinations for me. PNG being the other. |
